Hi Everybody,
Registration is now open for a free online class, Reading and Writing about Short Stories, at http://eslbee.com/academy. The six-week class begins on Monday, September 4.
For six weeks, each class will consist of a short story, a quiz about the short story, a “local” grammar function followed by a quiz, and forums to respond to the short story and other participants’ responses. Participants will write for a public audience, other class participants!
The class is for non-native speakers of English, both teachers and students from high intermediate to advanced levels of English or for those with TOEFL scores of about 500.
Full participation in Reading and Writing about Short Stories will require about three to five hours a week.
